In Minnon language red is called Aung.

Example :

Red leaf = Aung hiok

leaf = hiok

Aung is also a surname of a Minnon people, for example Mr Aung or Mr Ang or even Mr An, it depends on how you pronounce it but they basically are the same meaning. In Chinese, Aung is referred to as Hong.
